Painting works

Summary

The tender covers painting works and related surface preparation and finishing for the new building of the Landesamt für Finanzen. The work includes setting up the worksite and mobile scaffolding; cleaning and sanding surfaces; filling, priming and painting walls and ceilings, mainly with silicate paint; installing non-woven wallpaper; plastering and plinth work; elastic jointing; graffiti protection; and applying epoxy floor coatings. Examples include painting 5,100 m² of plasterboard walls, covering 1,750 m² of wall area with non-woven wallpaper, and applying epoxy floor coatings over 185 m². Bidders must submit a completed unit-price schedule and the required suitability declarations.
