Exhibition design and delivery for the Landshut learning centre

Summary

The contract covers the planning, design and production of the public spaces at the Landshut learning centre and the associated exhibition in Friedrichshafen. This is Lot 1, for an exhibition agency; the technical service provider is procured separately. The work focuses on an integrated solution for the foyer, workshop rooms and exhibition, including an accessible, inclusive and interactive visitor experience and cooperation with the technical service provider. Bidders must provide evidence of at least three qualifying exhibition projects and the experience of at least three specialists, a bank reference and the required liability insurance. Attendance at the site visit is mandatory, and proof of attendance must be included with the bid. The bid must also contain a concept addressing the service criteria and the prices. Quality accounts for 70% of the evaluation and price for 30%; a bid must score at least 50 out of 100 quality points. The bid submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 11:30.
