Transformer Substation Design Services

Summary

The procurement covers technical building-services design (specialist discipline 4, design stages LP 1–8) for a medium-voltage transformer substation to be built in Berlin, including the transformer installation and a low-voltage main distribution system serving a canteen kitchen. The contract is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted in German electronically through the DTVP portal by 10:00 on 9 October 2026. The submission must include the offer letter, price sheet, bidder self-disclosure, a commercial register extract no more than three months old, an exclusion-grounds declaration and at least two suitable references. At least one reference must cover design of a 10 kV medium-voltage installation and transformer substation together with a low-voltage main distribution system rated at least 1,000 A. Price is the sole award criterion (100% weighting). Turnover and employee figures are required for the last three years, but no minimum levels are specified. Confidential appendices to the tender documents may be requested after submission of a signed confidentiality agreement.
