A59 BIM management and overall coordination

Summary

The procurement covers BIM management and overall BIM coordination for the A59 road project from the Sankt Augustin-West interchange (A 560) to the Liburer Heide rest and service area. The work involves managing and coordinating the BIM process. The offer must include concepts for the organisation and coordination of the work and for delivering workshops. This is a single-lot open procedure; offers must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 3 November 2026. Offers will be evaluated on price (30%), the organisation and coordination concept (50%), and the workshop concept (20%). The concepts will become part of the contract. Work must start no later than 12 working days after contract award. The services are commissioned in two stages; the second stage may be commissioned separately at a later date and is not guaranteed. The offer must also include an eligibility self-declaration or European Single Procurement Document, references, tender forms, an electronic bill-of-quantities file in DA 84 GAEB 90 format, the concepts, and the required proof that personnel have been formally committed. Restrictions described in the tender documents also apply to receiving related contracts for the same construction project at the same time.
