Supply of projectors

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for supplying projectors to KDN and the municipal IT service providers and other eligible organisations named in the tender documents. Deliveries are made against orders based on actual need; there is no guaranteed minimum quantity, order volume or exclusive supply right. Orders may cover the projectors and associated equipment specified in the tender documents. The agreement sets net maximum values of €11,485,640 for Lot 1, €20,909,521 for Lot 2 and €12,231,310 for Lot 3. It runs for 24 months and may be extended twice by one year, for a maximum term of four years. Delivery must take no more than 12 weeks from receipt of an order. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 11:00 on 3 November 2026. Variant bids are not permitted.
