Routine cleaning at Schiffgraben, Hannover – two floors

Niedersachsen.next GmbH is procuring routine cleaning for approximately 1,700 m² of office space across two floors at Schiffgraben 22–28 in Hannover. The service covers offices and reception areas, sanitary facilities, kitchens and staff rooms, meeting and event rooms, corridors, archives and technical rooms. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 for two years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum term of four years.
