EUDI Wallet Support Organisation Technical Support Infrastructure

Summary

The tender concerns the provision, implementation, operation and maintenance of the complete technical support infrastructure, or support tooling, for the EUDI Wallet Support Organisation in Germany. The scope includes a ticketing and CRM system, knowledge base, chatbot, telephony and chat solutions, identity and access management, event logging, monitoring and alerting, and second-level technical support. The infrastructure must be hosted exclusively in the European Union, comply with ISO 27001 or an equivalent standard, meet data protection requirements, use documented APIs, support full data export and provide WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 28 September 2026 at 12:00 German time. The contract has a 24-month base term with one 12-month extension option.
