Site security framework agreement 2027–2033

Summary

GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH and FAIR GmbH are procuring a framework agreement for reception and security services at the GSI campus, the adjacent FAIR site and associated facilities in the Darmstadt area. The services include 24/7 gate, control-room and security coverage, access and vehicle checks, patrols, alarm response, drone-assisted monitoring, and reception cover at the conference and visitor centre; additional personnel and security advisory work may be called off as needed. The agreement runs from 1 April 2027 for an initial three years, with up to three one-year extensions, and has an estimated value of €6.2 million net and a maximum value of €9,592,861 net.
