Structural shell works for the new operating building at the Leverkusen wastewater treatment plant

Summary

The tender concerns construction of the structural shell of a new operating building at the Leverkusen wastewater treatment plant. The work includes site set-up; underground building services and connection chambers; foundations and a reinforced-concrete ground slab; load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls and floors for three storeys and the roof; stairs; waterproofing; perimeter insulation; grounding; scaffolding; and temporary safety measures. Work is scheduled to start on 18 January 2027, with the structural shell up to roof parapet level due by 28 September 2027 and all work due to finish on 2 November 2027. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 3 November 2026. Alternative bids are not permitted. The bidder must demonstrate experience through at least three qualifying references and name a site manager and foreman with the required qualifications and experience.
