Specialist Technical Systems Planning (Electrical Systems and Lifts) – Centralisation of the Endoscopy Unit

Summary

The tender concerns specialist planning of technical systems for the centralisation of the endoscopy unit at DRK Kliniken Berlin Westend. The services cover design stages 2–8 and electrical and low-voltage systems, communications and information technology systems, and conveying equipment. The project will establish endoscopy and bronchoscopy facilities in buildings 18 and 20 at the Westend site; the construction budget is €6,245,000 including VAT. The planner must account for the existing buildings and the hospital’s continued operation, plan construction in phases where necessary, and coordinate designs with other planners. The work also includes surveying existing technical systems, preparing an extended preliminary design, comparing technical solutions and costs, and contributing to budget documentation. The services will be commissioned in stages and priced as a lump sum. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 16 October 2026. Site attendance is initially required weekly and then every two weeks; during construction supervision, on-site presence is expected alongside the construction works.
