Preventive monitoring – detecting changes in bridges

Summary

The tender concerns preventive monitoring of selected motorway bridges for the Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, to detect changes in their structures. Services will be ordered through a framework agreement by individual call-offs; the scope, remuneration and deadlines will be specified for each call-off. The ceiling for Lot 3 is €2,155,005 excluding VAT, but this does not guarantee any minimum volume of orders or turnover. Bids may cover one or several lots, and up to three lots may be awarded to one bidder. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 30 October 2026 at 12:00. It must include the price sheet, concepts, suitability self-declaration, company references and team details, as well as the other required declarations. Evaluation will take account of price and the additional criteria described in the tender documents. Variant bids are not permitted.
