Electrical and lift systems design for the angiography facility

Summary

The tender covers the design of electrical and low-voltage systems and lift systems at the Westend site of the DRK Clinics in Berlin. The project concerns consolidating the vascular surgery angiography facility and planning for a future hybrid operating theatre. The design covers HOAI 2021 service phases 2–8 and power, communications and information technology, and conveyance systems. The work includes assessing existing systems, preparing an extended preliminary design, developing technical solutions and cost estimates, planning the schedule, and supervising construction. Construction will take place in an operating hospital, so the design must allow for phased works and minimise disruption. On-site attendance is required at Westend, as well as supervision of demolition works at the Berlin Mitte site. The project budget framework is EUR 3,300,000 including VAT and a 10% contingency; this is not the fee for the design services. Bidders must offer a fixed fee, and the services may be commissioned in stages. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 16 October 2026.
