Framework Agreement for Moving, Assembly and Relocation Work

Summary

The Saxon State and University Library Dresden (SLUB Dresden) is procuring a framework agreement for moving, assembling, dismantling and rearranging office furniture, including cabinets, desks, chairs, shelving and coat cupboards. Work may take place within or between ten SLUB library, depot and temporary sites; suitable furniture must also be disposed of with disposal evidence or a weighbridge ticket, and moving boxes may be hired if needed. The agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two optional 12-month extensions, and has a maximum value of €40,000 over its full term, with no guaranteed minimum orders. Each individual order must be completed within five working days.
