Creative agency framework agreement for the “We Make It Happen” campaign

Summary

The German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) is procuring a creative agency framework agreement to continue and develop the “We Make It Happen” campaign from 2027 through 2028. The work covers strategy and campaign management; creative concepts and content; photo, film, graphic and text production; campaign-platform operation and development; print and promotional materials; media planning and placement; and communications and design support for events. The estimated maximum contract volume is EUR 2,016,800 net, with no minimum purchase commitment. The procurement is not divided into lots.
