Summary

Stiftung Hamburger Öffentliche Bücherhallen is procuring security services under a five-year contract starting on 1 February 2027, with an option to extend once for four years. The three lots cover patrol and supervisory duties at selected branch libraries, round-the-clock monitoring of library alarm systems with on-site response, and a continuously staffed 24/7 emergency telephone service for library visitors. The patrol lot includes 18 scheduled visits per week; the alarm-monitoring lot currently covers 29 sites, and the emergency telephone service currently serves 32 sites, with a further site anticipated.
