Summary

AOK Rheinland/Hamburg is procuring an emergency response and on-call service for its buildings outside normal business hours. The service includes providing an alarm and service control centre, connecting existing alarm systems, notifying designated contacts and, where needed, the police, fire service and emergency medical services, as well as inspecting and securing premises in dangerous situations. The service is divided into two lots, Hamburg and Rhineland, and will run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2032.
