Summary

GIZ is procuring consultancy services to develop and operationalise the institutional and operational framework of the German Energy Academy in Jordan. The assignment covers review and revision of the Business Plan, development of a commercially positioned service portfolio, governance and organisational arrangements, operational policies and procedures, performance and sustainability frameworks, and a consolidated manual with validation and handover workshops. The contract runs from 8 December 2026 to 31 July 2027.
