Framework Agreement for Oil Spill Removal 2026

Summary

The City of Siegen is procuring a three-year framework agreement, running from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029, for removing oil contamination from road surfaces in its area. The work includes mobilising crews and vehicles, setting up traffic safety measures, deep-cleaning affected surfaces with specialist equipment, supplying cleaning agents and oil absorbents, and collecting and disposing of oil-contaminated solids and liquids. The framework has a maximum value of EUR 150,000 excluding VAT and is not divided into lots.
