New floor slab for the archive room

Summary

The Marzahn-Hellersdorf District Office of Berlin is procuring construction works for a new load-bearing reinforced-concrete floor slab in the basement archive room of the Old Town Hall in Marzahn. The slab will cover approximately 256 m² and be 15 cm thick, with reinforcement, concrete joints, edge and separation layers, and a finished usable surface, designed to carry the loads of a mobile shelving system. The work must protect the existing floor waterproofing and adjacent building elements; execution is scheduled from 14 December 2026 to 25 January 2027. There are no lots.
