Carpentry, roofing and sheet-metal works

Summary

Staatliches Bauamt Ingolstadt is procuring carpentry, roofing and sheet-metal works at a facility in Weichering. The works include removing approximately 280 m² of asbestos-containing fibre-cement roof sheets, 220 m² of fibre-cement wall cladding, 17 existing roof trusses and two sliding gates; realigning and boarding approximately 215 m² of existing wall structure; installing 17 new roof trusses, approximately 280 m² of galvanized steel trapezoidal roof sheeting, approximately 220 m² of matching wall cladding and one new sliding gate. The works are scheduled from 16 November 2026 to 2 April 2027, and the procurement is not divided into lots.
