Roof maintenance at the Bottrop site

Summary

Hochschule Ruhr West is procuring maintenance and inspection of the flat roofs and extensive green roof at its Bottrop campus. The work covers a building of four connected sections with approximately 3,000 m² of roof area, including 1,700 m² of planted roof, as well as roof drainage, roof edges, railings and three balconies. The contract provides for two maintenance visits per year from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2031, with an option to extend for two years.
