Electrical Works Framework Agreement 2026–2028

Summary

The Building Management Service of the State Capital Saarbrücken is procuring time-based electrical maintenance and repair works for cable and wiring systems, including low- and medium-voltage installations up to 36 kV. The framework agreement is divided into five service areas: Mitte 1, Mitte 2, West, Dudweiler and Halberg. The estimated annual volumes are €200,000 for each of the first three areas and €150,000 for each of the last two; these estimates are non-binding. The scope also covers installation and removal of electrical equipment, lighting, data and communications systems, fire-stopping work and electrical inspections.
