Parquet flooring works at the Müllrose cultural centre, Lot 19

Summary

Amt Schlaubetal is procuring site setup and parquet flooring works for the conversion of the former forestry administration building at Bahnhofstraße 57 in Müllrose into a community centre. The works include removing and disposing of 210 m² of existing parquet, preparing the subfloor and installing, sanding and sealing approximately 295 m² of glued solid oak parquet in a herringbone pattern, together with skirting, joints, transition profiles and floor protection. The scope also includes a parquet sample area and initial floor care.
