Roofing works at Ratsgymnasium Stadthagen – Construction phase 1

Summary

Landkreis Schaumburg is procuring roofing and roof waterproofing works for the first construction phase of the fire-safety refurbishment at Ratsgymnasium Stadthagen. The works cover two flat roof areas of approximately 55 m² each and include removing the existing gravel, insulation and bituminous waterproofing, installing new mineral-wool insulation and a two-layer bituminous membrane, and completing roof edges, junctions and cable penetrations. Scaffolding, fall protection, a roof-slope plan and associated site setup are also included.
