Roof works for the new disaster protection station, Waldstraße 2, Sondershausen (Lot 3)

Summary

The Kyffhäuserkreis District Administration is procuring roof works for a new disaster protection station at Waldstraße 2 in Sondershausen, Lot 3. The works include approximately 1,554 m² of steel roof decking, insulation and bituminous waterproofing, roof drainage and edge details, smoke and heat exhaust rooflights, and a separate flat roof for the technical block. The contract also covers fall-protection equipment and temporary safety installations; work is scheduled from 17 May to 16 July 2027.
