4th construction phase – Energy-efficiency and fire-safety upgrade to the upper floors of Schwarzenberg Town Hall, package 5.2: Drylining and insulation works

Summary

The municipality of Schwarzenberg is procuring the drylining and insulation works for the fourth construction phase of the energy-efficiency and fire-safety upgrade to the upper floors of Schwarzenberg Town Hall, under package 5.2. The works include plasterboard partitions and fire-rated shaft walls and ceilings, roof-slope lining with insulation, service enclosures, partial demolition, and approximately 135 m² of insulated dry-screed flooring. The works are scheduled from 1 December 2026 to 15 July 2027; the notice does not divide this contract into further lots.
