Lot 08 – Facade works and timber cladding for the after-school care building in Irxleben

Summary

The Municipality of Hohe Börde is procuring facade works for a new after-school care building in Irxleben. The works include approximately 900 m² of Douglas fir exterior cladding, 650 m² of mineral wool insulation for a ventilated facade, 200 m² of external insulation composite system facade and timber slats on the south side and in front of the upper-floor opening elements. The works are scheduled from 7 December 2026 to 1 July 2027 in two phases, with an interruption expected.
