Development of the AI-supported work tool WirkCheck in the wirkRG project

Summary

The Federal Highway Authority is procuring development of an initial functional version of WirkCheck, an AI-supported work tool for assessing the impacts of proposed legislation and other regulatory changes. The work includes three user scenarios: an initial impact analysis, preparation of expert contributions, and a reviewable results draft. Development will use one reference case and two trial cases, with delivery of the software, source code, documentation and handover materials by the end of the contract.
