Design services for the cycle and footpath between Raddusch and Stradow

Summary

The tender covers design services for a cycle and footpath approximately 1.5 km long and 2.5 m wide, running alongside district road K6627 between Stradow and Raddusch. The project also includes designing two new bridges. This is a design-services contract, not a construction-works contract. The services cover traffic-infrastructure design phases under HOAI 2021 through service phase 9 and are planned in stages from 2026 to 2029. The first stage requires preliminary designs for at least two route options, necessary baseline and ground investigations, land acquisition plans, and construction-cost and nature-conservation cost estimates. Later stages include further design, grant applications, preparation and conduct of the procurement for the works, and related activities. The contract will be awarded in stages subject to the municipality’s available funds; design work must start immediately after award. The bid must be submitted on paper, signed and placed in a sealed, labelled envelope by 29 October 2026 at 13:30. The bid and correspondence with the contracting authority must be in German. Evaluation weights are fee 50%, project manager experience 30% and project organisation 20%. Bidders must provide the required professional and financial capacity evidence, three comparable references, and information about the proposed project manager and team.
