Occupational Health and Safety Services from 2027 Onward
Summary
The tender is for a framework agreement to provide occupational health and safety services for KENFO staff from 1 January 2027. The work includes occupational medical and safety advice, medical examinations and employee support, workplace inspections, preparing and updating risk assessments in the mandatory GEDOKU tool, accident analysis, and organising and documenting the annual occupational health and safety briefing. The provider must also submit annual reports and ensure a seamless transition of services. The calculation is based on 57 employees, with a possible increase to 67; the annual basic service requirement is 28.5 hours, including 12 hours for occupational medicine and 16.5 hours for occupational safety. The framework agreement has an initial term of 24 months and may be extended in 12-month increments for a maximum total term of 72 months. Tenderers must submit the required forms, a price schedule and a draft contract, and lodge their bids electronically by 4 November 2026 at 12:00. Bids are evaluated on price alone (100%).
