Supply of a telescopic loader for the Göttingen district road-maintenance service

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of a new telescopic loader and attachments for the Göttingen district road-maintenance service: a fork carriage with two forks, a large-capacity bucket, an adapter frame and a work platform for two people. The loader must have a rated capacity of at least 4,000 kg, a lifting height of 6.5 m, engine output of 130 hp and an emissions standard of at least Stage V. Its maximum length is 5.50 m, maximum width 2.50 m and maximum turning radius 4.00 m. It must also provide a breakout force of at least 5,500 daN and a speed of at least 40 km/h. All attachments must be compatible with the loader; the work platform must have a capacity of at least 250 kg. The machine must be new and carry a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 24 months. Delivery to the Göttingen road-maintenance depot is due no later than six months after contract award, and the bidder must have a contractual service workshop within 50 km of the depot. The contractor must train staff in operating the machine and attachments at handover and provide, among other items, a German-language operating manual, technical data and a CE declaration of conformity. Bids must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform by 9:00 a.m. on 2 November 2026. The award criteria should be checked in the technical specification.
