Supply of firefighter safety belts

Summary

The contract is for the supply of 119 new firefighter safety belts for the Halle fire service in four sizes: 25 size 1, 50 size 2, 40 size 3 and 4 size 4. The belts must comply with the currently applicable DIN 14927 and DIN EN 358 standards, carry CE marking and have the FHA design. They must include a twist-lock carabiner with a self-rescue eye, a double-prong buckle, an axe-pocket limiting strap and a rope in a leather sheath. Used or reconditioned components are not permitted. The bid must include confirmation that all products are new and product safety data sheets; it must also state the manufacturer, product name and delivery time in weeks after contract award. Delivery and all related ancillary costs must be included in the separately priced delivery item. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City of Halle procurement portal by 19 October 2026 at 12:00; alternative bids are not permitted. Bidders must submit a suitability self-declaration or the European Single Procurement Document and meet the exclusion and qualification requirements.
