Loading and transport of geological hand specimens

Summary

The procurement covers transporting collection cabinets and their contents from Halsbrücker Straße 31a in Freiberg to the new Geology and Analytics Centre at Lessingstraße 45, as well as transporting collection materials in Euroboxes from Obergruna to Freiberg. The work involves 116 collection cabinets with their drawers and 150 pallets of collection material. The contractor must provide the vehicle and staff, arrange the required trips, and handle loading, securing the cargo, unloading and all other transport-related tasks. Payment is based on completed trips and the work sheets signed by the contracting authority. The bid must state net and gross prices per trip and include all additional costs. Delivery is expected in June 2027; the exact date will be coordinated approximately eight weeks before the move. Bids were due by 29 October 2026 and must be signed and submitted in German.
