Coaching and mentoring program for women leaders in Haut-Katanga and Lualaba provinces, DRC

Summary

This procurement concerns organizing and delivering a gender-sensitive coaching and mentoring program for women leaders in Haut-Katanga and Lualaba provinces in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The contractor will design and implement an integrated program including leadership training, mentoring, a contextualized curriculum, training materials, and building a network of women leaders. Outputs include a needs assessment and training materials, training 75 women leaders from both provinces, a mentoring system with pairs, 36 local micro-initiatives, a connected network, and a final capitalization report. The project duration is about 6-8 months, with trainings in Lubumbashi and Kolwezi, possibly in a hybrid format. The contract requires a team including a Team Leader and a Gender and Local Governance expert; GPS participation is encouraged but does not affect award decisions. Proposals should include CVs and evidence of qualifications and references; prices will be set in the price schedule and evaluated on technical approach, implementation plan, and prior references.
