Tender detail
Lead agency for planning and construction of the IHM 2027 exhibition stand in Munich
Summary
The contracting authority is seeking a lead agency to plan, manage and deliver the exhibition stand and related communications for the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Crafts (ARGE) at the 2027 International Crafts Fair in Munich. The work includes the stand’s design and implementation plans, a 3D visualisation, detailed construction drawings at a scale of 1:50, and supervision throughout installation and dismantling. The agency will coordinate the overall budget and suppliers for the various work packages, obtain quotations, monitor costs and handle the relevant technical registrations with the trade fair. It must also develop a communications concept and design posters, advertisements, an information leaflet and exhibition materials, adapt animations, and work on the fair website’s content and layout. The scope also includes organising photo shoots at craft businesses and, where needed, filming; photographer and filming costs are excluded. The fair runs from 10 to 14 March 2027. Stand installation is due to begin on 5 March, with handover planned for 9 March. The initial cost plan lists a total of EUR 185,000 including VAT; this is a budget estimate, not a contract value confirmed in the notice. Tenders will be evaluated on the price-quality ratio, weighted 50/50. The contract is not divided into lots, alternative tenders are not permitted, and tenders must be submitted electronically.
