Updating and preparation of escape-route, evacuation and fire brigade plans

Summary

The tender covers a framework agreement, from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2030, for escape-route, evacuation and fire brigade plans for Magdeburg University Hospital and the named associated healthcare facilities. Work includes reviewing existing plans and inspecting buildings, updating or preparing plans, documenting changes and delivering files in DWG and PDF formats. Colour printouts may also be required; lamination, framing, delivery and on-site installation are optional. Plans must comply with current DIN standards and other applicable requirements, as well as local fire service and hospital rules. Work must respect hygiene requirements and the protection of security-sensitive information and accommodate the hospital’s 24/7 operations. Travel, printing and material costs must be included in the prices. The estimated call-off volume is approximately €55,000 per year, with a maximum of €220,000 over four years; the customer is not obliged to order the full amount. The contractor must respond within 10 working days of an order and complete work within four weeks of a site inspection. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid must include the required suitability and legal declarations; among other things, the bidder must confirm experience with comparable services during the last three years and be able to provide three references if requested at the shortlist stage.
