Framework Agreement for GSI and FAIR Security and Reception Services 2027–2033

Summary

GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH and FAIR GmbH are procuring guarding, control-room, access-control and reception services for their Darmstadt campuses and nearby properties. The core service is round-the-clock security at the GSI campus main gate, staffed by three security and service personnel; the framework also covers patrol and alarm response, reception cover, drone-supported surveillance, additional on-demand services and security advice. The estimated total value is approximately EUR 6.2 million net, with a maximum value of EUR 9,592,861 net. The initial term is three years, with three possible one-year extensions, ending no later than 2033. The contract is not divided into lots.
