Structural engineering design for the redevelopment of the area around Bünde railway station
Summary
The tender concerns structural engineering design for a planned multi-storey car park as part of the redevelopment of the area around Bünde railway station. The car park is planned on the existing “Zum Stellwerk” parking site and is intended to provide approximately 310 vehicle spaces. The commission covers structural engineering design phases 1–6; phases 1–3 are commissioned initially, while phases 4–6 depend on the municipality’s decision, available budget and planned grant funding. The design must take account of economical, life-cycle-focused solutions, sustainable materials, green roofs and façades, and the potential for photovoltaic electricity generation. The preliminary net cost targets are EUR 6,496,167.73 for cost group 300, building construction, and EUR 658,202.02 for cost group 400, technical systems. The preliminary design is due by 26 February 2027 and the developed design with a cost estimate by 28 May 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 11:00. Bidders must name a project manager and deputy project manager, submit a quality concept, and meet the qualification, insurance and reference requirements. Evaluation covers the quality concept, the project manager’s experience, the project leads’ individual references and fees; price is worth up to 40 of 100 points. Only one main bid is allowed, alternative bids are not permitted, and negotiations will not take place.
