ABS 38 supplementary ground investigations for drainage design, PA03 Eastern Section

Summary

The procurement covers supplementary ground investigations for drainage planning in the eastern section of project ABS 38, PA03. The works include setting up the site; surveying approximately 1,200 investigation points, including drilling notifications and geocoordinates; approximately 1,200 preliminary excavations; drilling and backfilling approximately 1,600 metres of boreholes; 495 exploration pits at depths of 1.25–5 metres and 470 smaller pits at depths of 0.5–1.25 metres. It also includes approximately 965 infiltration tests documented in accordance with DWA A 138-1 and 320 open-end tests documented in accordance with DIN 19682-8 to determine the ground’s infiltration capacity.
