Feasibility study and environmental assessments for the northern Bucharest M2 metro extension

Summary

Sector 2 of Bucharest is procuring feasibility-study, environmental-impact and appropriate strategic environmental assessment services for extending metro line M2 northwards from Pipera to Petricani. The planned extension is approximately 2 km long and includes two stations, whose locations will be determined through the studies. The services cover options analysis, preliminary design and feasibility documentation, and support for expropriation, financing and procurement, over a 26-month contract period.
