SaaS platform for online audiovisual content analysis

Summary

The National Audiovisual Council of Romania is procuring, in one lot, remote access to a cloud-hosted SaaS platform for analysing online audiovisual content and supporting radio and television monitoring. The platform must collect and analyse at least 2,000,000 items of content per month from specified public online sources, and provide tools for automated collection, classification, analysis, case organisation and reporting. The single-supplier framework agreement will run for up to 48 months, with annual access contracts and a maximum estimated value of RON 4,800,000 excluding VAT.
