Renovation and strengthening of a building and boundary fence in Timișoara

Summary

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Victor Babeș in Timișoara is procuring, in one lot, the renovation and strengthening of a 2,320 m² building at 3–5 Pestalozzi Street and the renovation of its boundary fence. The works include façade renovation, internal reconfiguration, renewal of electrical, plumbing and heating systems, replacement of interior and exterior joinery and flooring, and roof repairs. The contract covers construction works only, with no design, checking or supervision services.
