Design competition for sustainable and innovative urban planning of the new Leganés Norte development area

Summary

Consorcio Urbanístico Leganés Norte is holding a single-stage, jury-led design competition for sustainable and innovative urban-planning proposals for a new development area in Leganés, including the area known as “Puerta de Madrid”. The selected proposals will set out the area’s overall and detailed urban structure; the competition may lead to a later negotiated contract for preparing and processing the planning instrument and its environmental documentation.
