Design services for the Szekszárd District Court

Summary

The National Office for the Judiciary is procuring a single, comprehensive design service for the renovation and adaptation of the former correctional institution at Béla király tér 4 in Szekszárd for use by the Szekszárd District Court. The work includes building condition surveys, three concept designs, outline and permit design documentation, demolition plans and construction design documentation, including architectural, interior, building-services, electrical and security-technology design. The building has 3,363 m² of usable floor area and is to accommodate 63 people, customer-service and staff-only functions, and 10 hearing rooms.
