Supply of domestic wastewater pumps

Summary

The procurement is for approximately 160 new wastewater pumps per year to maintain reliable operation of the contracting authority’s domestic wastewater pumping stations and enable rapid response to breakdowns. The planned annual quantities are 50 horizontal pumps with a 2-inch discharge connection and vortex impeller, 100 horizontal pumps with a 5/4-inch discharge connection and vortex impeller, and 10 single-phase submersible pumps with a cutting system. Equivalent products may be offered instead of the indicated makes and models. Installation is not part of the supply contract. The sale contract will run for up to 36 months, with a net ceiling of HUF 75,000,000; the contracting authority undertakes to order at least 70%, or HUF 52,500,000. If the ceiling has not been exhausted within 36 months, the contract may be extended for up to 12 months. Unit prices remain fixed for the first 12 months; subsequent increases are limited by the consumer price index mechanism described in the contract. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must have previous experience supplying at least 120 wastewater pumps. The bid must include a technical offer, a price schedule, the required declarations, and the manufacturer and model of each offered pump. Products must be new and carry a full 24-month warranty. Bids must be submitted in Hungarian.
