Supply of Various Food Products for 2027

Summary

The procurement is for food supplies to an elderly care home in Gyula in 2027, divided into eight lots: fresh pork and beef, 11,580 kg; meat products, 13,000 kg and 3,600 units; poultry, 6,200 kg; milk and dairy products, 30,040 litres, 58,700 units, 2,000 boxes and 2,460 kg; bakery products, 40,350 kg and 41,500 units; dry goods, canned goods and other food, 49,397 units, 5,687 litres and 19,556 kg; frozen products, 12,290 kg, 30 litres and 150 units; and vegetables, fruit and eggs, 57,900 units, 40,300 kg and 2,050 bunches. Bids may cover one or more lots, and bidders may submit for and be awarded up to all eight. For each lot, the buyer may order up to 30% more than the base quantity. Deliveries are planned for 1 January to 31 December 2027; detailed product and quantity specifications are in the tender documents. Goods must be first-class quality and comply with food safety and food information requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically in Hungarian by 3 November 2026 at 09:00. Price is an award criterion for every lot; the number of substitute products is also assessed for Lots 2 and 4. Participation requires evidence of financial standing, relevant supply experience, HACCP or equivalent quality measures, and continuous access to a suitable food delivery vehicle. The bid must include a priced food list and the required product data sheets.
