Procurement of Tuberculins II

Summary

The procurement covers the supply in 2027–2028 of diagnostic tuberculins for bovine tuberculosis testing: 8,000 vials of 2 ml avian tuberculin, with an optional 2,400 vials; 10,000 vials of 2 ml bovine tuberculin, with an optional 3,000 vials; and 28,000 vials of 5 ml bovine tuberculin, with an optional 8,400 vials. Packs may contain up to 10 vials or fewer. Both types of tuberculin must come from the same finished-product manufacturer and be released under the same quality system. The supplier must deliver compliant products with valid marketing authorisations, transport them to the delivery location, unload them and place them where the contracting authority specifies. The bid must include a product and price table, required product and packaging details, and declarations. Price is the sole award criterion: the net total price is assessed using the maximum quantities, including optional quantities. The contracting authority will buy at least the base quantities, but purchase of the optional quantities is not guaranteed. The deadline for submitting bids is 3 November 2026 at 13:00.
