Framework agreement for demolition of mink-farming production facilities

Summary

The Danish Building and Property Agency is procuring a framework agreement for demolition of mink-farming production facilities across Denmark. The works include removal of movable property, environmental remediation, demolition of buildings, foundations, tanks, installations and paved surfaces, as well as earthworks and soil management. The agreement is divided into three geographic lots: North Jutland; Central Jutland; and Southern Denmark, Zealand and the Capital Region. It will run for 24 months, with up to two 12-month extensions; the maximum total framework value is DKK 2.04 billion.
