Grant management system contract

Summary

The Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces and the Ministry of Culture’s department are procuring a grant administration IT system. The contract covers delivery, operation, implementation and configuration, further development, maintenance and support; the system will support the administration of around 500 grant schemes and approximately 35,000 cases per year, of which about 24,000 receive grants. The estimated contract value is DKK 25 million, with a planned term of six years and options to extend it twice by up to 12 months each, for a maximum total term of eight years. The procurement is not divided into lots.
