Design of the Pécs Market Square

Summary

The Municipality of Pécs is procuring a single, integrated design service for the functional renewal and development of the Pécs market square and the former bus turnaround to its south. The work includes permitting and construction design for the market buildings, public areas, green spaces, access and utility infrastructure, together with support for the construction procurement and design supervision during construction. An optional scope covers parking and electric-vehicle charging design at the Rátgéber Basketball Academy site, with approximately 480 parking spaces planned.
